Anyone that knows me knows I listen to my dreams!! So I had a dream 3 weeks ago that I went on a Cancer fighting diet. Yeah kinda strange, but stay with me.

There is no official Cancer-fighting diet (I checked) so I just made one up and started doing it. I’ve done the past 3 weeks with no:
Dairy (massive for me!)
Processed foods
Refined sugars
Gluten
Alcohol (east for me!)

I’m not demonising any foods, but I’m pretty sure the ones above don’t do much to fight cancer. I focused on eating meats, veggies, a little fruit, and nuts and a heaps of hipster alt milks.

Body is very happy and my mind is too. Less choice has given me more freedom. I don’t debate for ages what to eat (because there’s less I can choose from) and I’ve got the added challenge of being more creative with my food.

Just thought I’d let yah all know.
