Introducing.... Eaton mess VSL #3 style, another show stopper brought to you by our very own CEO. Recipe below, it's a gooden'!⁠

🦠 150g tub of fat-free plain Greek yoghurt ⁠
🦠 x1 meringue nest⁠
🦠 x1 heaped tablespoon of chopped strawberries (keep a few to sprinkle)⁠
🦠 x1 tablespoon of blueberries⁠

In a bowl large enough to stir, mix VSL #3 into yoghurt. Break meringue nest into pieces (not too small or it will crumble to powder). Stir into the yoghurt mixture along with the strawberries and blueberries. ⁠

And the best part... aside from VSL #3's probiotic goodness... is that this treat is very low fat, but with the thickness of the yoghurt - no one will ever know 🤫⁠

THIS ONE'S A BIT POSH!

Its Luxurious, Decadent and Elegant.... The recipes not bad either! This is a bit of a special one from our CEO (yes that is Caviar on the top but its not a requirement) - can you guess where the bacteria might be hiding?

VSL #3 Smoked Salmon Parcels

Ingredients
100g Quark soft cheese
2 tbsp very finely chopped dill
2 tbsp snipped chives
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1 garlic clove crushed (or 1 tsp ‘lazy’ garlic)
Salt & Pepper to taste
8 x25g slices of smoked salmon (or trout just as good) – 2 per person
Long chives

Method

Garnish
Very low fat fromage frais
Salmon roe (or caviar if feeling indulgent!)
Dill sprigs
Place Quark in a bowl. Add chopped dill and chives along with lemon zest and garlic. Season and combine. Reserve one portion for adding VSL #3.

Parcels
Lay out the smoked salmon/ trout slices and spoon the quark mixture into the centre of each slice (remember, 2 slices for VSL #3 mixture). Roll up each slice and tuck the ends under. Wrap a long chive around to form a ‘parcel’. Serve with small spoons of fromage frais on top of each parcel, topped with small spoon of roe/caviar and sprigs of dill.

First entry to the VSL #3 Office recipe competition is from our office manager Sharon! And what a great recipe it is (someone definitely agrees as you can see from the second pic😂). Here's the recipe:

Ginger Flapjack Yoghurt Pots

Makes 6-8 ramekin sized portions

Base
55g butter
30g demerara sugar
115g porridge oats
Large pinch of ground ginger

Topping
Large tub of Greek yoghurt
6-8 sachets of VSL #3
Grapes to garnish

1. Preheat oven to 150° centigrade.
2. Melt the butter in a pan over a low heat. Dip brush into the butter and brush the baking tin with a little bit of it. Add sugar and heat gently. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the porridge oats and ginger.
3. Pack the mixture into the baking tin and squash down. Bake in oven for 35 minutes.
4. Once cooked remove from the oven, break it up and let cool.
5. Layer a ramekin sized dish with the flapjack.
6. In a separate bowl, add 2 large scoops of Greek yoghurt and stir in your VSL #3.
7. Layer on top of the flapjack.
8. Half some grapes and layer on top. Pop back in the fridge.
9. Repeat
10. Enjoy as a breakfast or healthy dessert.
