Feeling the need to unwind as the end of the week draws near?

Last minute availability due to late cancellations - I would be delighted to play for you and not to empty mats.

Without wishing to sound like a well known retailer…
This isn’t just pregnancy yoga.

It’s a weekly reset.
It’s your reminder to tend to yourself, and that in doing so you’re tending to your little one too.
It’s movement, empowerment, threads of yoga philosophy to help you take your practice off the mat, it’s birthing knowledge, tending to your nervous system, a sacred pause. You’ll find a strong emphasis on rest and mindfulness- needed very much during pregnancy. It’s support, community, dedicated space just to honour your pregnancy journey.
It’s a mini sound bath each week.
It’s many things but it’s definitely not just pregnancy yoga.

So don’t wait until your third trimester, or a few weeks before your “due date” - join us from 13 weeks onwards and see for yourself the difference in your body, mind and heart as you navigate this most precious chapter.

I’m aware I haven’t been very present on this platform lately,
Why?
On a practical note, we recently moved home so there are still plenty of boxes to unpack and a seemingly never ending to-do list.
But living closer to the trees, one cannot help but fall more closely in step with the pace of nature.
Each footstep in the forest is a step closer to doing less.
Each leaf gathered in the garden is an invitation to let go of productivity.

I’m definitely slowing down now toward the end of this calendar year. Weekly pregnancy and postnatal yoga continues. There will be fairly minimal sound bath offerings available from now until Winter Solstice as I prepare for these celebrations. I’ll highlight any remaining spaces for all offerings in stories in case you feel drawn to join me before the year closes.

Meanwhile…
You’ll find me lingering over bowls of homemade soup, snuggling with the cat, seeking warmth and softness everywhere I can. Filling my cup with rest so I can pour out generously to you dear clients, friends and family.

Are you feeling similarly? I hope you can embrace Novembering too. May you remember that rest is productive and essential preparation for the Winter ahead.

Pregnancy and postpartum are times when every moment of self care is like a little love note to your baby.
These seasons of life are incredibly beautiful and precious, yet also can be challenging and lonely for some.
For these reasons I created my weekly offerings of pregnancy and postnatal yoga with sound.

Movement for the body, mindfulness for the mind, sound for the soul and a welcoming space where you can feel heard and supported on your journey from 2nd trimester to 4th trimester and beyond.

🤰 Prenatal yoga - Wednesday evenings, suitable from 13weeks up til birth.
👶 Postnatal yoga for mum & baby - Thursday mornings, suitable for young babies until they are crawling.
📍Oak lodge, with beautiful views out to the forest. At in Thetford forest on the Norfolk / Suffolk border.

In the forest, a cosy cocoon like space in the woodland yurt. An intimate session within a circle of sound. The tall trees around stretching their branches skyward toward the full moon above.

The full moon this month of November is grounded, patient and strong. An invitation to firmly root into the earth of autumn with what nourishes and sustains us in preparation for the winter ahead. To make peace with the darkness and fall in love with the mysterious beauty that can only be seen within the folds of its velvety cloak.

I hope you’re able to get a glimpse of the beauty of the moon in the sky tonight. 🍂🌕

Samhain blessings and happy Hallowe’en.
However you choose to celebrate or honour today, may you appreciate the regeneration that darkness offers.

Spirals, endings, decay, beginnings…
A time to remember our ancestors and their wisdom in how they used to live more closely with the rhythms of the natural world.

As the days shorten, remember your part in the wonder of nature. As you see the trees and all else in nature draw down for Winter you might feel this within as you feel more tired, this is nature reminding you that you are part of it.

On this last day of October I wish you wonder, cosiness, warmth, an early night and just a little spookiness… 👻 🎃

A beautifully autumnal day with the pumpkins at
Nature’s reminder that beauty comes in all shapes, colours and sizes 🎃 we love the pumpkins for their irregularities, quirks, lumps and bumps. Don’t forget to extend this same kindness to yourself 🫶

P.S I’m still ‘off work’ this week and sound baths etc resume on Sunday with a full schedule Forest bathing, yoga, meditation and sound in Thetford forest across November and December 🙏🏻

Connective. Emotive. Relaxing. Beautiful. Reassuring.
Some of the words I could use to describe 2 special hours guiding a group through the woods today for our forest bathing practice at - but words don’t really do it justice so I’ll let the beauty and wisdom of the forest speak through these photos instead.

HOME.
Officially a permanent forest dweller now 🌲🏡🌳
I’m taking a few weeks off work to unpack and settle in, so I’ll be on here less for a while.

November / December offerings are available on Bookwhen, including some festive offerings and even some sound baths for early 2026 are booking now.

Now to spend some serious time soaking up the beauty around me and getting used to seeing this view out of our windows.

I had forgotten how good a whole weekend off feels like..

When you are self-employed and ‘work’ sharing sound baths, retreats, forest bathing etc you can very easily find yourself working lots of evenings and nearly all weekends, so it can be a challenge to intentionally carve out time off and have quality family time.

This weekend I’m celebrating another trip around the sun. So there has been a weekend ‘blocked out in my calendar’ which has left room for family mushroom hunts, birthday cake with neighbours and friends, a meal out, and breakfast in bed. No sessions to plan or guide, no admin and no meetings. It’s felt spacious and needed!

To any other small business owners and/or holders of space- May this be a reminder to take time for yourself, I know it’s not easy but you deserve to hold the same space for yourself that you so generously do for others.
P.S don’t wait til your birthday!

Workplace wellbeing.
When the school hall becomes a protected space for rest.
Honoured to hold space and share sound with a group of amazing teachers today. These folks pour from their cups all day to nurture growing minds, how beautiful to see them pause and care for themselves with rest and sound.
