🍂 The crisp air of autumn is on the breeze, and it’s time for many of you to prep the garden for winter. Tidying up, raking leaves, pruning back growth, planting and stowing away pots can be surprisingly tough on your back. So here are a few tips to keep things safe and manageable:

🔄 Mix it up: Vary your movements to avoid repetitive strain.

⚖️ Think before you lift: Gauge the weight first, and if it’s heavy, don’t be a hero.

💪 Lift smart: Use your legs and engage your core muscles—don’t let your spine do all the work!

☕ And most importantly—take breaks! Your garden will wait, your back won’t!

Please don’t miss this- probably the most lavish production Thetford has ever seen!

Rumour has it that Magic Floor’s next venture will be Richard III… should keep us in work for months!

We were delighted to be invited to visit Thetford Osteopaths, so the owner Andrew Hamilton could educate us in the likely cause of Quasimodo's disability. Andrew showed us how scoliosis occurs and how modern techniques and treatments would have helped our Quasimodo. We did agreed to fully treat Quasimodo after the shows! This will be a fantastic production, and I’d advise you to get tickets while they’re still available! Spoiler alert, the Hunchback has been coming to us for treatment so he may be slightly more upright than he would have been!

Our garden is an example of automated maintenance from the robotic lawn mower to the watering! We would love for you to come and take a look!
