Please check your reminders, these show the time and date of appointment and my cancellation policy.

It’s a really busy time for me at the moment with available appointments few and far between. I understand things crop up at the last minute but my cancellation policy is 48 hours notice or full payment is required. It only take a few missed appointments to have a big impact on me. With so many of my clients feeling like friends, I understand this might feel awkward me asking for payment, but I must stress that the cancellation policy applies to all my clients.

If needing to change your appointment, please expect delays due to my current limited availability. If there is no suitable alternative for you, I will add your name to my cancellation list.

I’m so lucky to be as busy as I am but feel the need to address this from time to time. Thank you all for your ongoing support!
