Are you feeling low, or sluggish?

- Plant your feet firmly on the floor.
- Straighten your back, neck and shoulders.
- Raise your arms above your head, and keep them strong.
- Push your feet into the ground.
- Breathe deeply through your nose.
- Hold this posture for 1-2 minutes.

Positive body language, promotes positive hormones in your body.

Your Day Retreat

🧘We will start the day with gentle candlelit yoga to help you relax and recharge. Take a break from the demands of life and get into a relaxed state for the day.

🍰Follow with a well-earned coffee and tea break with a nibble or two. Try homemade delights, made by our fabulous Jools from The Rainbow Kitchen. Her food truly makes these days special.

🥰 Next Candle Making Gifts ​
As part of your retreat experience, you’ll be guided through a calming and creative candle-making workshop with Gabija from Markuza Muse. In this beautiful hands-on session, you’ll discover the art of candle making while exploring how scent can influence mood, relaxation, and energy. Using natural organic soy wax and high-quality fragrance oils, you will create two of your own hand-poured candles — one designed to help you unwind and relax, and another to uplift and energise you. With a carefully curated selection of fragrances to choose from, you can personalise your candles to reflect exactly what you need most. All materials are vegan, non-toxic, and fully compliant with safety standards, and you’ll leave with your own handcrafted candles and the knowledge to continue enjoying beautiful scents long after the retreat ends.

🤩To lighten the mood, my favourite bit, the organised fun! Many ladies from the last retreat said, ‘I don’t do games, that’s not my thing’. However, after this session, they were all smiles and energised again, ready for food. Honestly, my highest priority is for you to feel comfortable and have a good day. You can join in as much, or as little as you want.

🥂Then it’s downstairs for a delicious Afternoon tea & Prosecco, home-made again by the wonderful Jools, The Rainbow Kitchen. Everyone always raves about how delicious the food is, come with an appetite, you won't regret it…. and like last time, it will exceed your expectations.

😴We will finish the day with Guided Relaxation. This helps your subconscious take in all that you have learned and relax you into a deep state of yogic sleep. Walk away feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
