Client spotlight ⭐️

A massive well done to nick for gaining over a stone in weight and now being at his heaviest. I have helped him develop an understanding in nutrition & training allowing him to created a better structured lifestyle. ✨ CONFIDENCE BUILDING✨

We all have our own battles day in day out but some may have it harder than others!

- set smaller achievable targets (daily, weekly or monthly) to create that big goal(s)
- be realistic in what you want to achieve (anything is possible) the mind is such a powerful tool

Example (gym related):

we all know stepping foot into a gym can be scary for most people with it being unfamiliar grounds.

Step 1. Arriving in the car park

Step 2. Opening the door and taking that first step into the gym

Step 3. Talking to someone new (member of staff about joining the gym)

Step 4. Gym induction

Step 5. The first solo session

These steps don’t have to be done within a time frame & of course there is always a probability that you could turn back round and go home. The point that I have made here is that you have tried and the probability to return could be much greater than before (chance) leading to the next step.

To put into perspective it’s like a really hard puzzle you are slowing putting the pieces together some quicker than expected & some not. There isn’t a time frame you can always return days, weeks or months later!

Firstly, my name is jack some of you may know me some may not & i am here to help you with your fitness goals. I have been involved with fitness for the past 10 years & operating at body concept gym since 2015. I have helped hundreds of people gains results they wanted over the years from all different abilities & sizes.

Are you progressing in numbers?

Some people chase numbers far to much in this game it’s like you can run before you can walk.

A number contributions need to be taken into considering to progress in numbers:

- Nutrition: calorie counting & adjusting food.
- Programme: is it suitable to you? & duration.
- log book: most essential in terms of where you are with training.
