(To clear the head and soften the shoulders.)
✔️ 2 teaspoons of asking for help
(Even when you’re used to “doing it all.”)
✔️ A pinch of perspective
(To remember what truly matters.)
✔️ 1 scoop of joy-filled small things
(Warm socks, candles, a walk, a laugh.)
✔️ And a dusting of compassion
