Over the past weeks they’ve learned about:

After a 4-year break, Rob decided it was time to get back into training — and what a comeback it’s been 👏

Over the past year, Jeremy has achieved an incredible transformation, losing 4.5 stone (28kg)! 🏋️‍♂️💪

Since retiring this time last year, he’s been dedicated to attending our fitness classes and personal training sessions with his wife Ruth, as well as following our weight loss challenge. His consistency, hard work, and positive attitude have truly paid off!
