We have 25 challengers for this 6 week course, and unlike the BIGGEST LOSER tv series they are NOT going to be starving themselves!

This challenge aims to promote healthy eating, dispel weight loss myths, and encourage an active lifestyle. All of this combined with learning about your BMR and nutrition goals is a sure fire way to lose fat safely and effectively, and to pick up habits that will last long past the challenege.

Registration is £20 and open to everyone, so if you would like a bit of healthy competition with a friend or loved one then tag and share as the more people that get involved, then the more accountability you will have to hit your goals!

Average weightloss 3kg, with the last challenge winner losing 7kg!
