Peacefully at home on December 18th with her loving family close by her side, Pat aged 84 years.
Loving wife of Tony, much loved auntie of Diane, Julie and Dean, beloved sister in law of Kath, Colin and the late Ron and also a very special great auntie of Sophie, Michael, Jack and Olivia.
Service and cremation to take place on Tuesday January 13th in the Chapel of St Bede, Teesside Crematorium at 10.00am.
Would friends please meet at the crematorium chapel. Family flowers only please by request. Donations in lieu if so desired to The Alzheimer's Society. A collection box shall be available after the service.

Loving mam of Christine, very dear mother in law of Brian, dearly loved sister of Beryl and Norman, beloved sister in law of George, much loved grandma of Kirsty and Neville and Trudie, cherished great grandma of Louie, Jorgie, Violet and Jaxon and also a very special "Aunty Em" to Keith and Craig.

Much loved husband of Margaret, cherished dad of Filitsa and Nick, dear father in law of Peter and Deb, adored grandad of Louise, Carl, Lee, Louis, Kaidan and Ryley and also a beloved brother of Mickey, Annette and the late Patty, Buff, Austin and Terry.
Chris shall be deeply and sorely missed by all who knew him.
