As temperatures remain low across our area, it is important to look after yourselves and loved ones.

Here are five ways you can stay well during cold weather:

🪟 Draught-proof windows and doors, and keep curtains closed in the evening to help retain heat
🧣 Wrap up warm by wearing additional layers of clothing
☕ Access community-based warm spaces
🏘️ Check in on vulnerable family members and neighbours and encourage them to keep their home warm
🚶‍♀️ Stay active by doing some simple physical exercises.
