A very well done to our fabulous kitchen team here at Adeline House .
🥰Today they won 🥇 February hydration challenge run by DBTH IPC ( infection prevention & control team ) .
The aim is to encourage hydration for our residents , hydration can be encouraged in many ways as can be seen in the photos above :-
Jelly , ice cream , juice , smoothies , fruits , custard, mousse the list is endless . Adding these hydration & snacks trolleys aswell as our normal tea / coffee trolleys ,all adds to extra hydration 🤗.
Staying hydrated increases overall health & wellbeing and reduces the risks of infections caused by dehydration .

Carrot, pepper, celery, cucumber sticks with dip 🫑🥕
Fresh orange , apple , melon slices 🍏🍉🍊
Also a selection of sweet & savoury snacks .
This trolley is accompanied by our drinks trolley which has :- tea , coffee , fresh juice , strawberry milkshake 🍓🤗🤗###
