I am also a service provider for Social Services and LCC schools. I offer trauma informed consultation for professionals ❤️ I offer a free 15 min phone call, as way of introduction. EMDR appts are 1 hour and charged at £100; all other therapies are 50 min appts and charged at £75 for private referrals and school referrals. Social care and court referrals are charged at £130.

If you have a relative, or an ex-partner who has narcissistic personality disorder; who doesn’t like you (because you’ve probably called out their bad behaviour), with access to you children, big or small - then you can be sure they will be working relentlessly to turn your children against you.

I have seen many posts recently, berating parents because their child has chosen to cut them off and walk away. And whilst it is of course - sometimes - the fault of the parent, there are times when this decision is because of the influence of aforementioned NPD relative/ex. Your grown up child might also have narcissistic traits.

Well, if this is you, this quote is for you! It’s important to remember who you are and what you have had to deal with. And if your grown up child has chosen to cut you off, when you hand on heart know that this is not because of anything you have done, then use this quote to empower yourself ✌️❤️

No one has the right to be disrespectful to you. Not even family. Not even your own child.

Just a gentle reminder that appointments are fully chargeable, even in situations like this.

As outlined in the contract sent prior to the initial appointment, I require two working days’ notice to cancel; otherwise, the session fee still applies.

I understand it can be frustrating to pay for a session you haven’t been able to use, and I share this reminder with kindness and respect.

Clear boundaries around cancellations help maintain the structure and consistency that support the therapeutic process.
