🌸 International Women’s Day – Celebrating Women Who Changed Women’s Health 🌸

Today I would like to celebrate two incredible women who have shaped our world in powerful ways.

🏅 Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill showed the world what strength truly looks like. After becoming an Olympic champion, she returned to elite sport following pregnancy, proving that women’s bodies are powerful, resilient, and capable of extraordinary things.

💡 Mary Kenner used her creativity to improve women’s lives. She invented one of the earliest sanitary belt designs, helping women manage menstruation with greater dignity and comfort, an innovation that paved the way for modern feminine hygiene products.

At NuYu I believe women deserve to feel informed, confident, and supported in every stage of life, especially when it comes to intimate and pelvic health.

From menstruation to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause and beyond, women’s bodies go through so much and caring for pelvic health is an important part of that journey.
