Here is a little video that my hubby took during one of my Shamanic Drum Sound baths as part of my ‘Wellness Wednesday’ Community Healing sessions last summer.

Here I’m playing my beautiful high spirits deep bass flute made from cedar wood and embedded with moonstone. Its resonance is deeply healing.

I hope you enjoy!

I have a few flutes - they each have their own personality and place.

Listen out for the little signal at the end from my flute letting me know to stop playing - the sound medicine is complete.

I have been on a sabbatical taking on deeper dive into my sound healing studies and self development since, and I promise that my community sound healing will be back in the new year 2026.
