When I first heard about the Manchester MNDA Winter Ball, I never imagined I would be able to attend. Living with health challenges often means missing out on special occasions—but thanks to the incredible support from Helping Hands, that changed in the most wonderful way.

From the very start of the day, the Helping Hands team went above and beyond. Cristina set the tone with her warm, reassuring presence, making sure everything began smoothly. Jess brought glamour and confidence into the mix, sharing the contents of her makeup bag and her expertise to help me feel my best. And then there was Beth the star of the evening who ensured I arrived safely, stayed comfortable, and enjoyed every single moment.

The night itself? Absolutely magical. The atmosphere, the company, the sense of celebration it was everything I had hoped for and more. For me, this wasn’t just an event; it was a reminder that with the right support, life can still hold extraordinary experiences.
