An excellent week with one of our clients last week. Introducing him to Hydrotherapy in a specialist pool with one of our Physiotherapists to aid hip range of movement, core stability and reduce painful muscle cramps.

A great addition to his home program of exercise, stretching and use of a standing frame to improve his long term mobility and function.
