That’s me been running consistently for one year.
The 15 years before I could only dream of running due to severe back problems. Thankfully I never gave up trying to get better.
Never ever give up on anything in life always try.
My promise going forward is that I will run consistently for the next 15 years and beyond as long as I am able and have my health.

I’m still running into the winter months.
If I look back in years gone by when I was in a very bad place with extreme back pain I never thought for one moment I’d be back running.
Never give up, always look to see if someone can help you. There are many talented people around Caithness helping people out of pain and I personally think if you are in pain try someone as it might just get you back to normal.
