There is nothing fancy, nothing extremely strenuous, just simple practices that explore each style of yoga 🌞

Every Monday we change from one style of yoga to the next. This allows you to get a taste of what each style has to offer you whilst getting to grips with the basics of yoga. 🙏

This class is suitable for everyone and highly recommended for beginners. ☺️

Yin yoga Friday night 🌙

The class of bliss! This class is all about relaxation, stillness, peace, deep release and not doing too much 🙏
This class can be the best way to completely unwind and chill out after a busy week 😇
This class is also great if you are new to yoga because we do less than 10 poses in the class, all of them are focused on relaxing the body and the poses are easily adaptable to make sure everyone can get the most out of the class ☺️
Most poses are seated as lying down and this class requires the least effort!
Overall a great way to gain some flexibility as well as destressing at the same time 👍

Next up is my favourite class to teach, Thursday night Hatha 🫶

This class is designed to teach you poses in detail, fine tuning alignment, increasing strength and flexibility whilst working towards more advanced poses such as arm balances, inversions, deep hip openers and back bends 😎
If you are looking for a way to go deeper into your yoga practice and get some hands on adjustments then this class is for you! 👌
Again all poses will be made more accessible depending on your level 🌞

Next up is Wednesday night Healthy Hips 👌

This class is all about the hips! A lot of stiffness and pain in our legs and back often comes from the hips so if you know that your hips are holding you back then this is the class for you 🙏
In this practice we focus a lot on mobilising and strengthening very hard to target muscles in the hips before we do some deep stretching ☺️
Within this practice we also do a bit of work on the back to make sure your whole body gets the benefits from a yoga practice 🌞

See you Wednesday at 7:30pm for a later start, so if you finish work late, this is a great class to come along to!

This week I’m going to share some more info about each class I teach ☺️
Starting off with Monday evenings class Slow Flow

This class is mostly seated and lying down postures focused on gently mobilising the joints and releasing tension from muscles with some longer held relaxed poses 😇
This class is not strenuous, it’s focused on helping you slow down, find some stillness and relaxation whilst connecting to how you really feel 🙏
This class is popular and a great choice if you need to destress or if you want a gentle yoga practice 👌
We often use props in this class to help make poses more accessible. With every class there is a big emphasis on doing what you can do and not forcing your body into the pose ✌️

Here’s what you need to know about Tuesday night class Yoga for Posture 👍

This class is a bit more challenging as it focusing on building strength in the back and core, mobilising the spine and shoulders also stretching the hips too! 👌

This class often uses the wall and straps to give you extra help with the poses whilst maintaining good posture ☺️
I’ve designed this class to help you get a better awareness of how you hold your body 🧘‍♂️
If you suffer from rounded shoulder, right chest, sore neck, headaches, back pain - this could be a great practice for you

I’m on holidays from September 12th-25th ☀️

Life has been super busy renovating the house, enjoying summer adventures and so much more!

I’m really looking forward to winter when things are a bit more quiet, the fire will be on and the zen vibes will be strong 😇

Just a wee update! 🌞

I haven’t taught the last 2 yin yoga classes because I’ve been oot n aboot so if you’ve not managed to book in with your pass and it’s about to expire then please message me and I’ll rebook you in for another class ☺️

Also I haven’t been on social media much because I’m super busy still renovating the house 🔨

Looking forward to getting this work done on the house so I can put more energy back into business but for now I’m just doing what I can 👍
