This year saw us open our doors to the public and begin our quest to deliver the best Physiotherapy service possible.
The last six months have seen us help exactly 100 people with their pain and deliver over 300 appointments. Here are six key lessons we’ve learnt over our first 6 months of business…
1. First and foremost, people want to be listened to👂
Pain can be frustrating. We take the time to understand you and your goals, not just your injury.
2. If you’re not testing, then you’re simply guessing📈
Our assessment and treatment is data driven. Ensuring you have confidence you’ve earnt the right to progress, removing any guesswork.
3. Real progress takes consistency and is hard work😅
Many people visit us having failed previous treatment. On reflection, it’s clear that their rehab simply didn’t challenge them enough. We place a focus on building long term resilience, getting you fitter and stronger not just pain free.
4. Quality is more important than quantity🎯
Longer appointments, in-depth assessments, objective testing and gathering data, with hands-on treatment and rehab in clinic. Ongoing plans delivered via our personalised app. We may not be the cheapest, but we deliver results and believe in the value of the service we offer.
5. Passion is infectious - we are in this together🤝
Many clients laugh at the smile on my face when they tell me their goals! Sometimes I’m more excited than them… The truth is, we love what we do! We see it as a joint project and truly want to work with you to get you back to where you want to be leaving no stone unturned in the process.
6. Real results need a real structured plan📝
It’s important to us that you leave the clinic with a thorough understanding of why you’re currently in this situation, and what you need to do to get to where you want to be. Clarity is key.
