It’s National Pizza Day... though I never need an excuse to grab a slice of the action 😉!

January at Slimming World with Linda - British Legion Tilehurst has been immense!
474 lbs lost, we'd sorted our Xmas gains before week 3, we've crowned new Target members, Diamond members (Target for 1 year), given awards ranging from half stone to 7 stones!

We've celebrated our 'greatest losers', welcomed heaps of New Members!

We've eaten curries, carbonara, pancake stacks, stir fries, roasts, dirty (filthy) wedges the list is never ending!

We've been to the gym, cold water swimming, dancing and walking. Lots of walking which in Tilehurst involves lots of hills!

We've laughed LOTS, cried a little, cheered, clapped, hugged each other and dried a few tears.

We've learned, reviewed, considered, planned, supported, suggested, helped, thought, self appraised and made changes with open minds and willingness hearts.

And in all of this, I've been lucky enough to be at the helm.

This week in group we celebrated out Greatest Losers ☺.
John has lost 7 stone, Sandie 4 1/2 stone and Paula 7 stone. So that 18 1/2 stone between them. We had a great taster too, so mush lovely food!

Words can’t really describe how happy being a Slimming World Consultant makes me! I’ve walked in the shoes of everyone who joins my Tilehurst British legion group, and now I get to help others to achieve their weight loss dreams too.
