Challenge 100 has certainly helped me refocus and set my sights on my own weight loss journey. Back at the gym after a week off.

Out with my little mate Frank this morning. If you’ve looked outside and thought it’s too miserable to venture out……it’s not that cold and it’s not that wet! Get your coat on and get some fresh air and some steps in. You’ll feel so much better for it!!

I’ve prepped tonight’s roast dinner, boxed up some fruit salads and made breakfast muffins. Today is going to be a good day!! 🥊🎯🥊
