NouYou Massage Therapy Massage Therapist based in the picturesque village of Radford. I am fully Level 3 qualified in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Massage and Sports Massage.

All qualifications were completed via the Awarding Bodies VTCT or ITEC (www.vtct.org.uk) and are internationally recognised. The qualifications included an Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology qualification and an Infection Prevention (Covid-19) qualification specifically for Therapists. I have also completed CPD courses in Scar Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Reiki. I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and I am fully insured.

A warming Winter treatment! As you relax on my comfortable heated couch I start the treatment with a soothing leg massage using warmed Basalt stones whilst the warmed toe stones and plantar stones get to work on warming and relaxing your feet. I then move onto the Reflexology treatment using stones to assist me, working the foot reflexes using the warmth to pe*****te the deeper tissues and evoke a feeling of relaxation, balance, comfort and wellbeing.
