A huge thank you to the wonderful staff at Tintern Surgery, who continue to go above and beyond despite the current lack of heating.

We are hopeful the situation will be resolved soon. In the meantime, all clinical rooms are being kept warm and appointments will proceed as scheduled.

People in Wales can now track their NHS waiting list progress on the NHS Wales app🙌

The latest update lets people check their waiting list status, view hospital referrals and appointment details, and access information to help manage their health while waiting for treatment.

More than 650,000 people have already registered to use the bilingual app. The app aims to improve access to healthcare services for people registered with a GP in Wales and is a key part of the Welsh Government’s digital transformation strategy for healthcare.

We are still experiencing issues with the heating system. Please be assured we are keeping the clinical rooms warm and your appointment can go ahead as planned. Please wrap up warm as the waiting area is cold.
