Janine our Lead for Quality & Restraint Reduction states ' It's with my greatest pleasure to announce that we have now been approved as an affiliated training organisation for CPI. Myself, Avril & Lindsey have been supporting the organisation to exceed the training provisions, and to go above and beyond the criteria approval for Bild and the Restraint Reduction Network. We are committed to contributing to the development of our staff team knowledge and approach, meaning our resident's get the best possible care and support in their time of need. We have pledged to support the wellbeing of our staff and putting our residents at the centre of their own care, meaning they have fulfilled lives and reduce the need of restrictive practices. We look forward to future collaborations with Bild and the RRN, in exceeding the standards and commitment to high standards of care practices. I want to say a special thank you to each and every one of our staff members at Towerview Care, for their engagement and devotion to our residents.
