“I can dance with my Husband again!”

Mike is an avid golfer. He was starting to struggle with pain in his left knee. Every time Mike went to play the sport he loved, he was troubled by this nagging pain that wouldn’t go away. As a result, Mike would compensate by putting too much weight onto his right leg. From there, he noticed the pain starting in his right knee too. It was the start of a vicious cycle of pain, which was only going to get worse.

That’s when Mike discovered MBST Therapy.

We're both in our mid-60s, but before MBST I was starting to feel older than I should. My knee was constantly swollen and painful, and simple things like walking or climbing the stairs were becoming a struggle. I worried about where it might lead and what I might have to give up.

Choosing MBST felt like the best decision I could have made. The treatment itself was gentle and completely pain-free, but the change afterwards was remarkable. Gradually, the pain eased, the swelling settled, and I realised I was moving freely again - without that constant fear of aggravating my knee.

Now Phil and I honestly feel 10 years younger. We stay active, keep up with regular care, and enjoy life with the confidence that we're looking after our bodies. It wasn't just about fixing my knee, it was about getting our freedom back and keeping ourselves well for the years ahead.
