Health & fitness club with a foundation of knowledge at its core We specialise in weight loss, improved sense off well being and cater for most medical conditions. We also have vast knowledge in most combat, self defence sports. 1-1 session for clientele wishing to reach better goals faster. All contained within a Friendly cheerful environment.
