📢 Gentle Reminder – Practice Learning Event Tomorrow

Castle Place Practice will be closed on Wednesday, 12th November 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM for staff training and learning.

✅ Morning appointments (before 12:00 PM) will go ahead as planned.
📅 We’ll reopen as usual on Thursday, 13th November at 8:00 AM.

✅ Service Update – Network Restored
The network outage has now been resolved, and our systems are back up and running.
Our online triage form is active again, and we’re able to offer our full range of services as normal.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during the disruption. We really appreciate your support.

📢Important Notice: Network Outage
We’re currently experiencing technical issues with Accurx Online Triage Request Portal (“Submit a new request”). This is a known issue, and we’re hoping for a speedy resolution.

⚠️ Our online Accurx triage request form is not working properly. Please call to our telephone line: 01884 252333

👉 For non-emergency issues, please:
• Contact NHS 111 for advice
• Submit an Accurx request tomorrow, or
• Call Reception tomorrow, and we’ll assist you

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this.

In a medical emergency, please call 999.
