✨ Thank You! ✨

A huge thank you to everyone who’s supported my reflexology business this year. Whether you’ve been once, come back regularly, bought a gift voucher, liked a post, or recommended me to someone else - I’m super grateful.

This year has been busier than ever, I’m now generally booking 4 weeks in advance, so thank you for your patience.

I’ve loved helping so many of you find moments of calm, reduce stress, and feel more relaxed. Seeing familiar faces return and meeting new clients each month makes my work so varied and lovely!

This year was extra special as I collaborated with on our monthly Empowerment Circle -
supporting those going through peri/menopause & midlife and we’re excited to share some of our plans for 2026 to continue and expand this offering.

I’ve also been lucky to work alongside some other fantastic therapists and the lovely team - thank you for the friendship and support along the way.

That’s a wrap for The Empowered Pause - for this year, at least! 🎉✨

Our festive social was such fun! Whether it was Prosecco 🥂 or a comforting cup of tea ☕️, everyone brought their favourite drinks and nibbles 🧀🥨, creating a relaxed, cosy party vibe. The laughter flowed 😂 just as much as the refreshments during our just-for-fun menopause quiz, where eight teams answered nonsensical questions like, “If menopause were a cocktail, what would it be called and what would be in it?” 🍹❓

Hilarious stories were shared 🤣, lovely connections were made 🤝, and it kick-started Christmas in the best possible way 🎄. And of course, no festive gathering is complete without Secret Santa 🎁 - which brought plenty of extra fun!

We hope you’ve enjoyed the Empowered Pause sessions this year, as much as we have, ❤️ and we can’t wait to welcome you back on January 14th for our Intention Setting session 🗓️ - the perfect way to begin 2026. ✨

Feeling so proud tonight. 💛
Our raffle and today’s wellbeing event raised £770 for North Devon Hospice.

It means so much to be able to give a little something back. This is the charity you hope you’ll never need, but if life ever brings you to their door, they wrap their arms around you like a huge hug and make the unbearable just a little bit easier.

The team at North Devon Hospice are truly angels, every single one of them.

Thank you so much to everyone who bought a raffle ticket or donated. Your kindness will make a real difference. 💙

Last night was our sixth Empowered Pause™ ✨
