We are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer vaccinations to 12–15-year-olds. Online booking should hopefully be available from tomorrow, but we are open for walk-ins for all the clinics below.

Walk in Covid 19 vaccination appointments available at the Tiverton vaccination centre (17 Market Walk, Tiverton) Today and Tomorrow.

Appointments are also available to book online via Patient Access

Please attend for a vaccination if:

1. You need your 1st vaccine and you are 16yrs of age and over;
2. You need your 2nd vaccine and it is 8 weeks after receiving your 1st vaccine if you are 18 yrs and over or 12 weeks after receiving your 1st vaccine if you are 16 or 17 years of age;
3. You need your booster vaccine and it is 3 months (91days) after receiving your 2nd vaccine;
4. You need your booster vaccine following 3 initial doses (because you have been contacted specifically due to your medical condition) of a COVID vaccine and it is 12 weeks after your 3rd dose.
Please note we are currently unable to offer vaccinations to patients aged 12 -15 these will need to be booked through the National Booking system online or by calling 119.

If you have had COVID you must only book an appointment 28 days after your symptoms started/receiving your positive PCR test result.

Omicron infection numbers are increasing, please get your booster!

All over 18's can now book in for their COVID-19 vaccination, we have clinics during the week and on Saturday 3rd July at Moorhayes Community Centre. Please call the surgery after 11:30 to book your appointment!

We have vaccination appointments available this week, on Saturday and next week for anyone over the age of 50. We've also sent text messages to allow patients to book straight in!

As well as booking appointments on the telephone and in the practice, we are now using a system called AccuBook to manage our COVID vaccination appointments. Eligible patients with a mobile number will be sent a TEXT with a LINK which is unique to them and they will be able to book, cancel and rearrange their appointments through this system.
The text will look like the below:
“You have been invited to book your COVID-19 vaccinations at our Tiverton Vaccination Centre."

Since we started vaccinating in December we have vaccinated over 9,000 patients including all our care home patients and staff.‍
