Reiki didn’t just help me heal, it woke me up.

It activated something in me that went way beyond energy work. Suddenly, I started seeing my patterns, my emotions, my reactions… all the things I used to ignore or suppress.

It was like Reiki switched on this inner light for self-development.

The more I worked with it, the more I learned about myself, my boundaries, my purpose, and what I actually needed to grow.

It’s funny… I thought I was learning how to help others heal, but Reiki showed me that the real journey starts with you. 🌿✨

You know, one of the biggest lessons Reiki’s taught me is how to let go of control.

When I first started, I thought healing meant doing something like I had to guide or fix the energy somehow.

But the deeper I went, the more I realised it’s the total opposite.

Reiki isn’t about controlling the flow, it’s about trusting it.

It’s about accepting what is, not forcing what should be.

That’s been huge for me personally. Learning to trust the process, to stop overthinking, and just allow things to unfold.

It’s such a simple shift, but it changes everything. 🌿✨
