Etheric crystals are the pure frequencies of crystals They resonate with our energy centres, for example diamond helps open the crown to higher consciousness, amethyst resonates with and benefits the third eye, sunstone, the solar plexus, ruby, the base chakra.

I'm loving the rose themed Face Yoga sessions. They are so powerful. But soon we will be beginning a new cycle of classes. The theme will be solar rejuvenation. We will work with Sun Reiki, with Solar Angels, and a radiant heart meditation to absorb more solar light, as well as learning facial exercise and massage techniques, use of self care tools and exploring natural rejuvenation and self care ritual.
I have a couple of spaces left. Message me for more details if interested.

It's so easy to make a cooling facial spritz for hot days. Save any old cosmetic spray bottles to fill with water and a few drops of your favourite essential oil. You can also let a cup of herbal tea cool down and fill your spray bottle with that.

Picked these beautiful geraniums and roses in the garden today.
