Your body has been still all night.
Stiffness is normal. Sensitivity is common.

The goal isn’t to panic.
It’s to move — gradually and confidently.

You’re not “broken”.
You might just be dehydrated.

Electrolytes aren’t a fitness fad. They’re minerals your muscles and nerves need to work properly — sodium, potassium, magnesium.

Just over 5 months ago I felt trapped.
Exhausted. Burnt out. Wondering how this had quietly become my normal.

Fast forward…
Egypt in March.
Barbados in June.
China and Dubai in September — turning 30 somewhere between the dreams and the decisions.

Campervan adventures with Rocco 🐾.
