Introducing Dwayne Fields as the 11th UK Chief Scout, taking over the appointment from Bear Grylls…

We’re excited to announce Dwayne Fields, adventurer and TV presenter, as the UK’s new Chief Scout. Dwayne's been appointed to lead our half a million young people and adult volunteers for his values, commitment to help young people, and outstanding leadership qualities. During his time as Chief Scout, Dwayne aims to inspire even more young people and adult volunteers to join from all backgrounds. 7th Tonbridge welcomes back cubs to Leigh, Kent from September 2024! Places are going quickly, to get your young persons name on the list or to join the waiting list email us today! You have to be ages 8.5yrs-10.5yrs to join however you can be younger to join our waiting list and if your older, why not stick your name down on our scout waiting list for when we reopen!?

This week we had a cultural night, trying different foods from different countries, finding out where they’re from and matching the correct flags with them.

We had lots of fun!

An amazing turn out for our AGM last night!

At Beavers and cubs we handed out lots of badges as well as a very special award.

Thomas is 7th Tonbridge’s Young person of the year (2023)! His dedication and commitment to working on his badges at home has been incredible.

You should be very proud of yourself Thomas. Well Done!
