I spent this weekend learning new techniques to treat a woman’s pelvis from the amazing osteopath Manon Brunet and in the company of two other amazing osteopaths Poppy & Anna. Thank you ladies - feeling inspired!

It’s really important to keep a close check on any irregular moles or lesions that don’t just seem to heal.

I might get to see areas of your body that you don’t eg. your back or soles of your feet and will always let you know if I think there is a blemish that needs to be checked or kept an eye on.

Trust my son to select the largest pumpkin he could find! I needed help getting it into the boot of the car. Careful lifting and pushing those loaded wheelbarrows! There are also lots of jobs still to do in the garden prepping for winter and raking leaves. Have a stretch before and after, and mix up the jobs so you don’t over work one area of the body.

So I embraced World Mental Heath Day yesterday by completing the in-person part of my mental health first aid course. Thank you Protainings, it was really useful and I definitely feel more prepared now.
