I'll miss this view!

With sadness, I say farewell to VITAE Spine & Wellness and all the lovely people I have met here. I'd like to say a heartfelt thank you to Dean Blackstock. Lifestyle Coach for giving me the opportunity to work at the clinic as a Massage Therapist.

Hello friends! Welcome to my page!
I will be adding content to this page to help educate how Massage Therapy could help you and your loved 1s.
A little about me and how I got here, back in 2002 I qualified as an Osteopath. I loved using the skills I had learnt to help ease people's discomfort and help their body's innate knowledge to get back into better health. When my family we young, I decided to take a break from Osteopathy. Flash forward to 2019 and I started to question 'what made me happy at work? What did I enjoy doing?' and it occured to me, I loved offering Massage Therapy! To help ease someone's muscle aches & pains, to help them relax, to help them recover after 'over doing it at the gym', to help a new Mum recover after giving birth, is a really wonderful experience!
And here we are today, a registered Massage Therapist, offering Swedish massage, Pregnancy massage and massage following sporting injury.
