I feel so grateful for being able to be part of this amazing, transformational training in MER (Myofascial Energetic Release), and what beautiful surroundings it was held in, thank you and thank you to the amazing teacher and the dream team ❤️ 🙏

MER is much more than just a physical experience of a hands on treatment. It is a holistic exploring of "stored" emotions and "shadows" within our body. By working on the fascia, we can unblock these emotions and give the body space for processing and releasing it ✨️

Last weekend we were invited to the Capel Cricket Club Christmas party, where during a lovely evening of live music, cocktails, great nibbles and even better company, I was honoured to donate a massage as one of few raffle prizes. A little snippet from one of my treatments.
We focused here on the hip to reduce pain in that area.

Electro Acupuncture is an excellent addition to manual therapy. It creates a very small electrical current between 2 needles which stimulate muscles and nerves. Blood flow increases in the area and can help with pain reduction, improve muscle function and range of motion...
