I truly apologise to those I have contacted to cancel appointments this morning/possibly this afternoon.

Unfortunately my road is without water which makes using the client bathroom impossible - both for you to use and for me with hand washing before & after a treatment, plus the water needed for facials.

I will find alternative appointments for you as soon as I can xx
