• Poor posture can affect more than your back, it can influence breathing, energy and even your mood.
• Small posture tweaks done consistently can make a big difference over time, it doesn't need to be huge changes immediately.

We do a lot of work with local businesses big & small but what remainder the same is long hours at a desk, whether you’re home-based or office-based.

Looking after your health and wellbeing makes a big difference to how you feel and perform.

Here are 3 simple tips to stay comfortable and productive:

✨1. Set up your workstation properly�Make sure your screen is at eye level, your chair supports your lower back, and your feet are flat on the floor. Small adjustments can prevent big aches!

✨2. Move more, sit less�Try to stand up and stretch every 30–60 minutes. A quick walk, shoulder roll or gentle stretch helps reduce stiffness and boosts concentration.

✨3. Look after your eyes�Follow the 20-20-20 rule – every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds to reduce eye strain.

Taking care of yourself at your desk helps you stay healthy, focused and more productive 🙏🏾🧡✌🏾

❄️ Staying Safe on Ice & in Cold Weather ❄️

Slips and falls are one of the biggest causes of back, neck and wrist injuries when the temperature falls so here are a few simple tips can make a big difference:

✨Take short, slow steps – rushing increases strain and fall risk.

✨Keep your core gently engaged to support your spine.

✨Wear grippy footwear and avoid smooth soles.

✨Keep hands out of pockets to help with balance.

The cold weather can also tighten our muscles, so gentle movement and warming up before heading out can help protect your spine if you’re out in it for while.
