Feeling burned out? You’re not alone — 85% of UK professionals report fatigue and stress at work.

This week, I noticed myself spiraling into negative thinking. My body felt tired even after a good night’s sleep.

Instead of pushing through, I paused. I did a short Qigong & yoga nidra session. In just a few minutes, I felt calmer, clearer, and more creative — and my work reflected it.
