30-day challenges can be very motivating, but if the habits disappear on day 31… did we really build a lifestyle?

Real fitness isn’t a sprint.

It’s the boring, consistent things:
showing up to train
eating well most of the time
sleeping enough
doing it again next week

The goal isn’t 30 perfect days.

The goal is a life you can sustain.
