I was lucky enough to visit this beautiful island 18 years ago, travelling with my 6 month old son. An overnight flight and minimal time difference meant it was as easy as it was going to be on our first long haul with an infant. I am now about to return next month to visit a number of hotels and re-acquaint myself with its beauty.
