Time to Talk Day 2024 revealed that nearly two thirds of people in the UK put on a brave face instead of talking about how they’re really feeling, and almost half of us don't share our feelings because we want to avoid worrying others. But open, honest conversations can be the first step to better mental health. 😍

Join us for on Thursday, 6 February, outside Costa in Sevenoaks (TN13 1DA), where we’ll be setting up a stall to chat, connect, and share resources! We’ll have Time to Talk conversation starter kits and herbal tea bags - one for you, and one to share with someone else to start a meaningful conversation around mental health and what you're feeling.
