Online Inner Gym

I’ve got the most amazing membership at my local health club - it has everything you could imagine… spinning, swimming, sauna, dance, tennis, you name it.

And yet… I only go to two yoga classes and one tai chi class. Because those are the ones that truly nourish me. They’re where I come back to myself, where I can listen and reconnect. You can’t do it all and you don’t need to.

As part of Life’s Simple Membership (£10 a week - Inner Gym) I am sharing some Full Moon In Ta**us contemplation at 7pm tomorrow on Zoom (audio only)

This is available as a pay as you go option too.

It’s 45 mins, will be recorded for those within the membership, as live attendance is optional. It includes an intro relaxation and then journal pauses and contemplation to theta music I’ve had created for use.

Saturday 8th November

As the season has changed, we now take the second Saturday gatherings into The Barn and focus on some winter support.

We start with a nourishing breakfast and then will be focusing on brining some extra light into our winter by making some tea lights and a small candle.

We shall enjoy a cuppa and have the opportunity to sit quietly with some journal prompts in the garden or barn before Denice will guide you into a deeply restorative relaxation - which will soothe and energise.

A monthly reset over the winter, with the focus of supportive our wellbeing through the colder months.

These will take place November, January & February with the activity variable.

We will return to Carroty Woods in March for The Spring Equinox.

Early booking advisable due to space limited to 8 women per event.

The last Friday of every month, I share a lovely end of day, week and month relaxation.

An opportunity to gently move into the evening and weekend with less tension.

This is part of Basic Balance Membership & Life’s Simple Membership.

Moving forward, I am also opening it to those outside these memberships as a pay as you go.

I have a fluttery of Christmas Tinned Candles now on my website.

I no longer sell tinned candles outside of a subscription model, but it’s winter and so they will be here until December.

Gingerbread, Spiced Orange, White Christmas, Orange Cranberry & cinnamon and Frankincense & Myrrh.

Those in my Pure Peace WhatsApp have had a few hours heads up on these (and they get free postage) so I hope there’s some left for you all.
