Basic Balance is for women who are well-seasoned, reflective, and tired of striving for balance through doing.

It’s a quieter membership.
A light one.
Not because it lacks depth, but because it removes pressure.

This space is about:

🌷discovering that balance doesn’t come from effort, but from listening

Inside the membership:
❤️A weekly Monday video share
🌲A LIVE weekly Tuesday morning check-in, in the quiet hours, with full catch-up available
✨A LIVE monthly Wednesday lunchtime sacred music gathering
🌸Two optional Zoom audio-only sharing spaces each week, one midweek and one on Saturday
🌼A LIVE 30 mins Friday evening relaxation on the last Friday of the month

Everything is recorded and nothing compulsory.

This is not another thing to keep up with and it NEVER advocates the FOMO vibe. Not my thing that! I want to share time with women who want to be there.

All gatherings are audio-only on Zoom, designed to support rest, presence, and honesty rather than performance.

This is a place to pause and catch your breath.

A place to move away from seeing rest as a luxury, and begin to know it as essential, not just for you, but for everyone your life touches.

For January, I’m reopening the Founding Price for women who would like to come and try the membership.

That means it’s £11 a month rather than £16

I want to challenge this ‘women’s guilt around rest’ I heard someone share their struggle in a yoga class yesterday.

So I’ll share my take…

This morning I took three hours to be slow and tender with myself.

6.30am, the Quiet Hour as part of the membership I host.
Then a bath.
Then candlelight, checking in honestly with how I actually feel.

Today feels emotional. I can sense that clearly. And today, I have the capacity to honour it, so I did.

I created the time.

For some people, three hours like this might look indulgent. Excessive, even. But I know exactly what it nourishes.

It shapes how I move through the rest of the day.
How I speak and listen.
How I eat.
How I rest tonight.
How my nervous system settles.
How I meet other people.

So how could that possibly be a waste of time?

This is what I want to gently challenge. The idea that giving ourselves what we truly need, at a deep, cellular, heart-led level, is optional. Or selfish. Or something we earn only once everything else is done.

For me, this is the most precious form of health care I know.

Not just for the body, but for the hygiene of the energy from which I live, work, relate, and make choices. A pure gift to the world infact - we are the world and our energy affects everyone.

When we tend to ourselves properly, we don’t just feel better. We show up differently. And that difference touches everything.

This is the kind of care I trust.
And it’s a practice I will keep choosing whenever I can.

This is why I created Life’s Simple Membership. It’s supports me with this and invites others to join me…especially when it feels tricky.
