Love the photos from yesterday - thank you so much it was worth the early start. The photos really capture how stunning the light was in the early morning. How Thank you. Can’t wait to share the rest! Tonbridge really is stunning and discovering all of this beauty from the river really is something positive to have come out of lockdown.

Quick morning practice .. gentle back bends and stretching to the front of the hips feel so good at the moment.
Sunday class will focus on back bends and ‘heart opening’ suitable for all levels

Well that was a pretty fab day on the river! ☀️ 🌊 loving my new board. Fully kitted up in quick release belt, boots, wetsuit. Women’s floatation device recommendations needed! With .sup and shout out to and for getting us to this point! 🙏 😊
