💖 I just have to share this! 💖

One of my lovely clients has made the most amazing washable fidget blanket for people visiting me living with dementia. It’s full of lovely little touches — ribbons, buttons, beads, and even a secret “happy feet” section (which couldn’t be more perfect for me as a Foot Health Practitioner! 👣).

It’s honestly one of the kindest and most thoughtful things I’ve seen. I know how much comfort and calm this will bring to those who need it most.

✨ It’s been a wonderfully busy few weeks — full of appointments, meeting new patients, and catching up with our lovely regulars! 💕

I’ve also enjoyed attending our local branch meeting, reconnecting with friends, networking with neighbouring colleagues, and making the most of some great learning opportunities. 🧠

Another busy week ahead — and I’m especially looking forward to our next Forgotten Feet session this Friday, providing free foot care to those who are homeless or in need in our community. 👣💙

👋 Hi, I’m Rebecca the Foot Health Practitioner behind Staplehurst Footcare!

Here are a few fun facts so you can get to know me better:

👣 Why feet?
Because I believe in fate - in lockdown in Spar a chap asked me to cut Charlie’s nails and a lovely lady tried to book for me to do hers 😱
Charlie was a Labrador and I was a veterinary nurse!
I quickly realised happy, healthy feet make all the difference in how we live, move, and enjoy life!

🎓 My background:
After being a veterinary nurse for 20 years I trained with SMAE at The New Hall in Maidenhead and am now undertaking a Podiatry degree with Queen Margaret University.

👟 Favorite shoes:
Brooks running shoes or my very trendy pink Croc flip flops with bamboo socks 💕

🏞️ Outside the clinic:
I love spending time with my boys and family, swimming with my mum, walking the dogs and catching up with friends.
