ALISON’S YOGA & FITNESS CLASSES
WEEKLY CLASS SCHEDULE:

💛 Mondays 10.30am-11.30am (Not Yoga) Actively Ageing Well 50+ Fun Energising Stretch & Movement to Music, low impact Class.
(trainers needed for this class)

💚 Wednesdays 9.30am-10.45am Yoga Slow Flow, Stretch & Relax Class. (floored based & standing) perfect for women in there 40s 50s 60s that like an all round practice.

💜 Wednesdays 7.30pm - 8.40pm Yin Yoga & Somatic Style Movement + Relaxation (gentle floor based class down on the mat)

❤️ Thursdays 9.15am - 10am Strength, Condition, Cardio Style Class for Women in Midlife & Beyond (ideal for women peri to post menopause stages)(trainers needed for this class)

✨Once a month on Thursday at 7.30pm -8.45pm you can indulge in a tranquil deeply calming restorative yoga class. The class involves just 4/5 poses down low on the mat supported by a comfy bolsters covered in cosy blankets and warm under floor heating. Some low back ground music, moments of silence where you rest for 3/10 mins in a supported pose, allowing the body to completely relax.

Thursday morning is all about HIIT for Women who want to improve their fitness, and build strong muscles & bone density. This class is aimed at women in their 40s,50s, & 60s, but all women are welcome.
