Bella Muma Focaccia fresh from the oven… and singing to me. 🎶

Crispy, delicious and slightly over-cooked — an over-improved sourdough turned abracadabra to focaccia 🤣

I used the wrong tin and the utterly yummy crunchy base stuck to the pan.

But where there’s a will, there’s a way… and we still have beautiful focaccia.

Perfectly imperfect, homemade with love.

There are moments in the world
where standing by quietly…
doesn’t feel right.
This is one of them.
So this Wednesday, we're calling all witches.. wherever you are in the world..
to stand together.

This collective moment is being held by myself, The Witch of the Willows, and my beautiful friend Klove Evergreen 🌿

Not to fix everything.
Not to pretend we have control.
But to choose what we add to this world at a time when it matters.

Some of you will cast.

Protection.
Stability where there is chaos.

When life feels dull…
add flour, water and love.

23 hours.
Feeding. Folding. Believing.

Da dahhhh!

My first sourdough is born.
Golden. Glorious.
And yessss… I am absolutely smug in this beautiful sunshine morning.

I felt crap.
Watched the sunrise.
Put my baby in the oven.

And now?

It’s a great day. 🌞
