We’re hosting a friendly informative webinar all about adult ADHD.
🗓 Tuesday 31st March — 12:30pm to 2:30pm
📍 Online (Zoom) - cameras and microphones will be automatically switched off for your privacy
Open to anyone over 16 years who has been diagnosed with ADHD, or thinks they have ADHD. Parents, educators, friends, or those who are simply curious are also welcome.

Play It Again Sport in the Rhondda have two walking group sessions per week, on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. They also meet once a month on a Saturday at 10am. They welcome people of all ages, as well as dogs! Contact them directly via social media for further details.

Did you know that Pharmacies across Wales now offer a urinary tract infection (UTI) service offering appropriate treatment or onward referral for non pregnant women aged 16 to 64.

Your Community Pharmacy can provide free advice and NHS treatment where needed for a range of conditions – following consultation with a Pharmacist – under the Common Ailments Service. You may be able to be seen without an appointment, but it may be best to phone ahead to check if the pharmacist is available. Speak to your pharmacy team for more information.
