As we swapped real food for processed junk, cooking for convenience, and outdoor play for screen time, we shifted away from natural balance. These changes aren’t merely personal—they’re systemic, driven by industries prioritizing profits over public health.

Studies consistently show that diets rich in whole foods and natural fats correlate with lower rates of chronic disease, yet mainstream advice often pushes the opposite. The disconnect between tradition and modern health guidelines deserves scrutiny.
